Great pieces of American turquoise are becoming harder to find, and when you do they can be extremely expensive. Navajo silversmith Edison Sandy Smith had this amazing Nevada rock in his collection. Many collectors will make the journey to his home on a remote part of the Navajo Reservation to collect his jewelry. You couldn't have found a better silversmith to showcase this classic piece of American turquoise. The Candelaria Turquoise stone on this cuff is amazing. A rich blue color that is filled with a fascinating maroon colored spider web matrix. It has been set in the center of an Edison style cuff that is filled with original style stamp work and his signature repousse style. It would be difficult to find a revival Navajo artist that makes something better. Also, make sure to check out our other Edison Sandy Smith pieces on the online Trading Post.
