Details

Navajo silversmith Calvin Martinez made this amazing butterfly bolo. He has used four pieces of perfectly matched Number Eight Turquoise stones. It is almost like the cutter made these stones to end up in the hands of Calvin. Each Nevada rock display a light blue color with that legendary Number Eight spider web matrix. Calvin has used three amazing pieces of red Mediterranean Coral for the body. The silver work surrounding the stones is amazing. You will find fancy bezel work, a variety of styled drops, bead wire, stamp work, and a look that can only be creating by a master. It doesn’t end with the butterfly, Calvin has added large silver bead tips and placed them on a thick braided leather cord. A bolo tie is always a classy way to show your appreciation of Navajo handmade art, and one this spectacular is a true treasure.
