Alex Sanchez-Ceremonial Basket Inspired Cuff-Unique

In the Navajo culture many different types of ceremonies use a basket. Here in the Trading Post we have piles of hand woven Navajo Ceremonial baskets. Artist Alex Sanchez has used that traditional shape to pay honor to the First Civilization in this cuff. The basket holds many different ancient rock art symbols along with Morenci Turquoise and deep red Mediterranean Coral. Alex fills the contrasting smooth and textured silver cuff with more symbols. You will find lighting down both sides along with symbols for planets and stars. When you turn the cuff over you will find Alex finishes the inside with the same stamp design as the basket, bringing the piece together.
