Navajo artist Aaron Peshlakai is like his sister, mother, and father in that he doesn’t make traditional style art. This buckle is filled with contemporary stamp designs. Aaron has filled the sterling silver with rivers, mountains, and peace pipes. The peace pipe was traditionally used for ceremonies. You will find gorgeous peaks and water symbols above the two pipes, an appropriate beautiful setting for the pipes. Aaron gives the buckle some comfortable form and finishes the piece with a high polished shine.
